HDFC Credit Card Payment

HDFC Bank provides various credit card bill payment modes to its customers both online and offline. By using these payment modes, HDFC customers can easily pay their credit card bills without any delay. There is no service charge for online payment modes and customers can opt any payment mode according to their convenience. Both HDFC and non-HDFC bank customers can pay their HDFC Credit Card bill by using any payment mode. With this service, non-HDFC bank customers can also make payments from 49 bank accounts.

HDFC Credit Card Login- Online Payment Modes

HDFC bank customers can pay their HDFC credit card bill in online using different modes- HDFC net banking, HDFC mobile banking app, HDFC banking through browser, ATM funds transfer and Autopay.

HDFC Credit Card Net Banking

In order to avail the HDFC net banking service, HDFC customers have to register with this facility. Payments can be made in online only upon successful registration. HDFC bank customers can pay their HDFC Credit card bill by using HDFC mobile banking app. Once installed the app in your mobile, sign in with your customer ID and open the Credit Card tab and select the ‘Credit Card Payment’ option. Customers can use their HDFC bank savings account to make payments. HDFC bank provides security to all HDFC credit card accounts in the mobile app via 128-bit SSL protection.

HDFC Mobile Banking via Browser

HDFC Credit Card holders can make payments through mobile banking in browser by visiting www.m.hdfc.com. Once signed in to the HDFC net banking account, customers can make payment using the HDFC savings account by opening the Credit Card tab and by selecting the ‘Credit Card payment’ option.

ATM Funds Transfer

HDFC customers can pay their HDFC Credit Card bill at HDFC bank ATM centres. HDFC offers this ATM service round-the-clock. Customers can make payment by transferring the payable amount from their savings or current account to their credit card account.

Autopay

Autopay is an easy payment option for HDFC credit card holders in which the monthly HDFC credit card bill amount will be debited automatically from the savings account to the HDFC credit card account.

From Non-HDFC Bank Accounts

Non-HDFC Bank Net Banking

Customers having savings account in banks other than HDFC can use Non-HDFC net banking to make HDFC Credit Card bill payments. To avail this service, customers have to register first and then sign in to net banking to make payment.

Non-HDFC Net Banking Procedure

For the payment to be initiated, the customers have to provide information such as HDFC bank Credit Card number, email ID and repayable amount. Along with that, customers have to choose the net banker and tap on the ‘Pay’ button. This net banking service is operated by Bill Desk which leads the customers towards the payment page of the selected net banker. Once entered the verification details such as username and password, the user should confirm the credit card bill payment. After the confirmation process ends, the amount will be debited from the user’s bank account. HDFC bank will send the online transaction confirmation and Transaction Reference Number to the customer. Also, the bank will send an email to its customer regarding the payment.

NEFT

Non-HDFC bank customers can initiate fund transfer from their savings account to the HDFC Credit Card account through NEFT. To make payment via NEFT, customers have to use HDFC bank’s IFSC code.

Visa Money Transfer

Customers can pay multiple credit card bills by using HDFC Visa Card Pay facility. To initiate payment transfer, customers should sign in to the net banking service, choose the Third-Party Transfer and have to select Visa Card Pay option. The maximum transaction amount in this payment mode is Rs. 49,999. For every Visa CardPay transaction, HDFC bank charges Rs.5.

HDFC Credit Card Bill- Offline Payment Modes

HDFC also offers offline payment modes for the payment of HDFC Credit Card bill through cash and cheque payment.

Cash Payment

HDFC customers can pay their credit card bill in cash directly by visiting any HDFC bank branch. Payment through ATM is also acceptable. For each cash payment, HDFC charges Rs. 100 as processing fee.

Cheque Payment

HDFC customers can also make credit card bill payment through cheque. The cheque should be payable to HDFC Bank Credit Card account and it is to be dropped in the drop box which is available in all HDFC ATM centres and HDFC bank branches. It will take three days for the amount to get credited in the credit card account.

HDFC Credit Card Balance Check

HDFC bank offers monthly balance statements free of cost to the customer’s email ID. This service is available 24x7 and customers can get all details regarding their HDFC bank credit card. In order to get balance statements through email, HDFC customers should get registered by submitting the filled E-age form to the HDFC bank branch. Customers can also get their balance statement in online through mobile banking and net banking. By signing into net banking, customers can get the last six months credit card balance statement. To get mobile banking credit card information,

  • Send a message request to 5676712 by typing “CCINFO” from your HDFC bank registered mobile number.
  • Type your last four-digit credit card number and choose your option from the drop down list.

HDFC Credit Card Login

HDFC customers in order to gain online access of credit card should first register with the HDFC Credit Card Net Banking service. HDFC bank offers full security for the customers in accessing the HDFC credit card net banking service, free of cost. To register your credit card, login to HDFC credit card net banking and go to ‘credit card’ tab. Then click on ‘register new card’.

Insta Loan

Insta Loan is a service in which HDFC customers can get Cash Loan within the eligible credit limit on their HDFC credit card. To get this service in online, log in to the HDFC credit card net banking account and click the Credit card tab and select ‘Insta Loan’ from the options on the left side. Select the card and tap ‘continue’. Enter the loan amount needed, time period and confirm. The loan amount will be distributed to the customer’s savings account.

Smart EMI

Smart EMI is a service in which HDFC customers can change their purchases on their HDFC credit card into EMIs at attractive interest rates. To apply for this service in online, log in to HDFC credit card net banking and click ‘Credit Card’ tab and then select ‘SmartEMI’ from the options on the left side. Select the card and click ‘continue’. Choose the transaction for ‘Smart EMI’ and click ‘confirm’. The purchases will immediately change into EMI.

Register for statement on Email

To register for statement in online,

  • Login to HDFC Credit card net banking
  • Once completed HDFC Credit card login process, click the link ‘Statement on Email’ on the left side
  • Choose either ‘office’ or ‘residence’. If you select office, then the statement will be sent to your office email address. If you select residence, then the statement will be sent to your resident email address.
  • Your office or resident email address will appear. Click ‘continue’ and then click ‘confirm’

A confirmation message will appear upon your request for statement on email. Take down the reference number appear at the top of the confirmation message for future communications.
